HOME OF HOPE, INC. seeks an ICF/IID Administrator to lead administrative and clinical staff, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with directives. This salaried/exempt role oversees supervisory personnel, coordinates various units, and supports the Director of Administrative Services in day-to-day program functions.

The Administrator will mentor staff, facilitate information sharing across the community, and contribute to budget development and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Residential Support Leaders, QDDPs, DSPs and CMA.
• Directs scheduling, prioritizes work, and ensures timely program delivery.
• Reviews policies, directives, and assigns responsibilities to staff.
• Acts as resource and mentor to staff and facilitates effective communication.
• Participates in budget preparation and monitoring.
