Job summary

Cornell University seeks an Athletic Operations Admin I to lead Lynah Rink operations with a focus on delivering a premier Division I experience. The role covers facility management, event support, scheduling, and revenue-generating activities for a multi-user ice facility.

Qualifications

Trade/Technical/Vocational School degree in a related field with 2+ years of management experience.
Experience with ice resurfacing equipment and rink mechanical systems.
Proficiency with facility mgmt software, POS, scheduling tools, MS Office, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in cold rink environments.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive operational, technical, and administrative leadership for Lynah Rink.
Balance competing demands of Athletics, Facilities, campus partners, and community users.
