Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; leadership in facilities preferred.
• Certified Ice Technician (CIT) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Proven track record leading teams and cross-training staff.
• Strong technical aptitude and learning ability for new software.
• Excellent communications, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAC maintenance staff and rink staff; ensure cross-training and coverage.
• Direct ice rink operations; lead ice maintenance and ammonia refrigeration safety.
• Oversee equipment, facility readiness, safety, and programs (practices, games, rentals).
• Manage non-ice periods: facility conversions, events setup, custodial, and inspections.
• Lead rink operations: staff scheduling, vendor coordination, and daily workflow.
• Operate ice resurfacing equipment and supervise custodial operations.
