Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• One or more years of management experience with the ability to delegate responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Rink experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assign duties to all Associates to meet daily needs and ensure task completion.
• Oversee Associates to ensure guest satisfaction and a safe environment per policies.
• Coach, counsel and discipline Associates to meet department objectives and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate initiative and teamwork to ensure optimal guest service at all times.
• Promote company priorities, values, and vision at all times.
• Provide quality customer service by enforcing service standards.
• Participate in weekly/biweekly Lead meetings and company Power Play sessions.
