City Center Rink, in downtown Providence, seeks seasonal Team Leads for Winter 2026-2027 to supervise public skating, ice bumper car operations, rentals, group visits, parties and events. You’ll work under the Assistant Manager and Directors to guide frontline staff and uphold customer service and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, coaching staff on procedures and safety rules, handling incident responses, and ensuring clean, organized facilities across all operating

Qualificações

• Customer-service experience in high-volume recreation or hospitality preferred.
• Previous leadership or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to direct coworkers while maintaining a positive, professional working environment.
• Strong communication, reliability, judgment, initiative, and calmness during busy periods.
• Experience handling cash or working in a ticketing/admissions setting preferred.
• Willingness to learn multiple rink operating areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assigned operating area or shift as directed.
• Organize staff including ticket sellers and hosts during shifts.
• Assign work areas, breaks, rotations, and tasks.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain engagement and safety.
• Coach seasonal staff on customer service, safety, and rink rules.
• Assist with opening/closing, checklists, and incident reporting.
• Support ticketing, rentals, group visits, parties, and events.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and presentable areas.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Model professional conduct and attendance.
