Job summary

Legends Global in Stockton, CA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily ice rink operations, ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment, and supervise staff during shifts. You will assist with program/event coordination, facility standards, equipment oversight, and revenue growth initiatives.

The role acts as Manager on Duty when needed; responsibilities include scheduling, payroll accuracy, vendor coordination, and maintaining compliance with Cal/OSHA, OSHA, and NFPA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ice rink facility experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
• OSHA safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily rink operations for public skating, hockey, figure skating and events.
• Operate ice plant schedules and settings for rentals and seasonal needs.
• Oversee ice plant maintenance with refrigeration technicians and contractors.
• Monitor ice quality and coordinate resurfacing schedules.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
