Job summary

Skatium Ice Rink in Havertown, PA, seeks a part-time Operations Associate to support daily operations and deliver excellent patron service.

You will assist in a range of tasks from opening/closing the facility and cash handling to assisting with ice maintenance and customer support for user groups and the public.

Availability for all shifts—including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays—is essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment at the indoor ice-skating facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Professional in appearance, attitude and work products.
• Ability to work at a very fast pace with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate Zamboni and related equipment (training provided).
• Perform cleaning and custodial tasks during shifts as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons and user groups.
• Assist in opening/closing cash register per policy.
• Open/close facility as scheduled and perform other duties as assigned.
