Job summary

The Haverford Township Skatium in Havertown, PA is hiring a Guest Services Associate to join our front-line team. You will provide excellent customer service, share information about rink programming, process payments, assist with events, monitor facilities, skate rentals, and uphold safety rules in a fast-paced ice rink environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, can skate, work nights and weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to skate confidently and perform basic skills.
• Able to provide excellent customer service in a friendly atmosphere.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Comply with the required dress code in a cold environment the entire shift
• Provide basic first aid to skaters and notify a supervisor of accidents as needed
