Job summary

Reddy Ice is seeking a skilled ISB Technician to maintain in-store baggers and ice makers, ensuring peak performance and safety. You will troubleshoot, install, and service equipment at customer sites and plants, performing preventive maintenance and following SOPs.

Expect to read blueprints and work across customer locations, plants, and refurbishment centers, while participating in trainings and upholding a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years repair/service experience in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• High School diploma or Journeyman license in Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical disciplines.
• Ability to follow reporting SOPs via handheld devices.
• Basic computer and handheld skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ISB machines operate to capacity and meet demand.
• Troubleshoot and repair ISB machines including ice makers and baggers.
• Install, replace, and remove ISB units at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance SOP on ISB equipment and components.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics and technical docs.
• Work at customer sites, plants, DCs and refurbishment centers.
• Attend trainings and propose SOP improvements.
