Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. is seeking an In-Store Bagger (ISB) Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose, repair, and service our ice-making and bagging machines in retail locations.

You will be part of a hands-on team, entrusted with ensuring equipment runs reliably and efficiently, supported by a fully-outfitted service vehicle and comprehensive benefits. The role requires weekend, night, and holiday work, with potential overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Weekend, night, and holiday work is a requirement.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and use installation lift equipment.
• Experience with plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities

In-Store Bagger (ISB) Technician

Job Summary

We are hiring In-Store Bagger (ISB) Technicians to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service our in-store ice‑making and bagging machines. Our Technicians play a key role in keeping our clients’ equipment running reliably and smoothly and perform a variety of different tasks, from plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC work. ISB Technicians are assigned fully‑outfitted service vehicles and provided with extensive, hands‑on training that will lead them on a path of long‑term success at Reddy Ice. This is a full‑time, permanent position with Reddy Ice that includes a competitive hourly wage and a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company‑matching 401(k) plan.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Minimal travel with potential for overnight.
• Weekend, night, and holiday work is a requirement of the position.

• Ability to climb ladders and work with power tools.
• Overtime may be required.
