Job summary

The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an enthusiastic Ice Cream Attendant to join our guest-facing team. You will serve ice cream treats, greet guests, and help create a welcoming, fun atmosphere.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean serving area. Flexible weekend availability is a plus as we strive to deliver a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

Experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Serve ice cream, cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash and process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and equipment.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
