Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and food service items while ensuring safe, honest operation during your shift.

You must be at least 16 years old, enjoy fast-paced customer service, and accurately handle transactions at the POS. Part-time hours up to 25 per week with 1st-3rd shifts are available in the Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Part-time schedule: up to 25 hours/week.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand English.
• Experience in customer service or quick-service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts, and other food service items.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock and rotate products; keep dip cabinet and freezers stocked and clean.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and organization during shift.
