Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee key aspects of the integrated production process, drive improvements, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced ice cream environment.

The role emphasizes leadership of line teams, maintenance coordination, and collaboration with HR, Logistics, and QA to achieve KPIs while delivering high-quality products.

Qualifications

• College degree in a manufacturing related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel levels.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures and ensure clear communication of them.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work on multiple tasks.
• Ability to make supervisory-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Line performance: ensure day-to-day line issues are addressed and the machine functions at optimum performance daily.
• Technical aptitude: understand production equipment and solve mechanical problems.
• ICMS Facilitation: participate as active ICMS leaders focusing on continuous improvement and floor coordination.
• Line maintenance: ensure line maintenance is issued and completed; collaborate with Maintenance to meet KPIs.
• Delegate work assignments with consistency and actively coach and follow-ups.
• Product quality: ensure production of a consistent, high-quality product at designated cost.
• Startups and changeovers: manage changeovers, startup check sheets, planning and communication.
• Work with support departments (HR, Logistics, QA) to meet KPIs.
• ICMS, Visual Mgt., 5S: engage in ICMS, Visual Management, and 5S initiatives.
