Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead 24/7 Production and Facility Maintenance at the Sikeston site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations while driving ICMS compliance and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering, you will manage engineers, technicians, and safety programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of GMP,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive results via structured systems (ICMS, UMS, WCM, TPM, Lean).
Deep knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA and manufacturing compliance.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Production and Facility Maintenance operations at the Sikeston site.
Oversee Process Safety Management for ammonia refrigeration, steam, electrical and high‑hazard systems.
Provide leadership in three mix control plants servicing high‑volume ice cream production.
Champion Preventive Maintenance and asset strategies; improve MTBF and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Production to drive reliability improvements.
