Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all Production and Facility Maintenance at a 24/7 ice cream site. You will drive ICMS execution, uphold safety, quality and cost targets, and mentor Engineering Supervisors and technicians to sustain improvements.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering, you will ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP and internal standards, while steering asset reliability, uptime and PM execution across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of 24/7 manufacturing maintenance teams.
• Experience with safety, GMP and process safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end maintenance operations for a 24/7 ice cream production site.
• Oversee PM programs, asset reliability and MTBF improvements.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar repair & maintenance budget.
• Drive ICMS practices and continuous improvement across the site.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality and Production to optimize KPIs.
