• Coach, train, and develop maintenance employees to improve technical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and leadership competencies.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance work for scheduled downtime, shutdowns, and capital projects.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
