Responsibilities

• Lead transformative manufacturing improvement projects to increase production output and reduce waste.
• Identify root causes of losses and implement sustainable, data-driven solutions.
• Drive productivity gains by reducing downtime, shortening changeovers, and improving OEE.
• Champion digital transformation by deploying new manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate with frontline teams and plant leaders to build a culture of operational excellence.
• Develop technical expertise in processes such as mixing, freezing, dosing, enrobing, and packaging.
• Create and implement new standards to improve safety, quality, and reliability.
• Coordinate with Safety, Quality, and Cost Deployment teams to prioritize opportunities.
• Train line crews on technical standards and sustainment of basic conditions.
