Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Palletizing Operator to join our cold-storage production team. You will bundle, palletize and prepare finished ice cream and snacks for storage and distribution in a -20° to 20° environment.

Your day includes following safety, quality and equipment procedures, performing HACCP/MCP checks, and supporting packaging operations while promoting team collaboration and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced facility.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: comply with all safety policies and protect personal and team safety.
• Quality: perform HACCP and MCP checks and ensure product quality.
• Operational: operate palletizing/bundling/shipping activities and documentation.
• Environmental: work in cold storage environments and maintain cleanliness.
