United Dairy Farmers in Norwood, OH is seeking a Palletizer Operator for the ice cream plant. You will operate palletizing equipment and forklifts to ensure safe, accurate handling of finished goods and maintain required PPE.

You will support shipping and receiving, manage inventory counts, and coordinate with Production, QA and Maintenance to start machines and monitor product flow. The role requires staying organized, reducing downtime, and following safety procedures.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of machine operation/logistics experience, food/beverage preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Operate palletizing equipment and forklifts per procedures.
• Wear PPE and maintain safe operating speeds and clean work area.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory counts.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and Maintenance and other departments.
• Troubleshoot jams and address misaligned pallets.
• Record performance and downtime in daily logs.
