Hershey’s Ice Cream in Middletown, NY is hiring an Ice Cream Packer – Production Assistant to join a Monday–Friday shift. Expect 40–50 hours weekly with overtime paid after 40 hours.

Starting wage is $21.69/hour, increasing to $22.29 after 60 days for solid performance, with 100% company-paid health and life insurance and a 401(k) with company matching. The role involves packaging, boxing, and ensuring top food safety and GMP standards within a fast-paced production environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks.

• Work as part of ice cream production crew ensuring proper packaging and boxing of ice cream products.
• Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
