Job summary

Hershey’s Ice Cream is hiring a Machine Operator in Middletown, PA for the Production Department. Shift is Monday–Friday, second shift, 2:00pm until completion. Starting wage is $23.15/hour with a raise to $23.75 after 60 days and overtime at $35.62/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/food manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.
• Properly handle and mix ingredients.
• Move and stack materials and equipment as needed.
• Observe GMP and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping on the production floor.
