Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks an Innovation Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover) to steer the end-to-end innovation process from concept to launch across Europe. You will manage timelines, craft market-ready materials, and ensure brand integrity while collaborating with marketing, design and country teams.

The role requires strong project management, consumer insight usage, and a commercial mindset to land innovations on time with a solid business case.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand development and NPD portfolio management.
• Knowledge of the ice cream category.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Clear and effective communication in business English and stakeholder engagement.
• Good numeracy and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects from concept to launch.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and key project documentation.
• Assist landing innovations in market with OTIF delivery and business case.
• Develop sell-in materials and communications plans with marketing.
• Collaborate with design to ensure strong brand representation.
• Contribute to 18–36 month portfolio roadmap.
• Feed market and customer insights into platform projects.
• Support annual marketing plans and BETs.
• Champion consumer needs and brand passion within the business.
• Partner with Social Mission Team on campaigns.
• Provide event support and budget PO handling.
