Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an Innovation Associate Brand Manager in Englewood Cliffs. You will translate brand strategy and consumer insights into products, packaging, communications and market experiences to drive growth.

The role blends brand strategy, storytelling, and commercialization, with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration to deliver end-to-end innovations that strengthen the Klondike masterbrand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 3–5 years of brand marketing, innovation, or related consumer-business experience.
• Ability to connect consumer insight, brand strategy and commercial reality into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading complex projects across functions with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

• Connect long-term brand direction with end-to-end innovation delivery, shaping the product proposition and consumer story.
• Lead commercialization, influence go-to-market plans and ensure initiatives strengthen the Klondike masterbrand.
