Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an ICAM Requirements and Training Specialist to support an enterprise IGA implementation. You will document joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle, governance workflows, and build training materials for access requests, attestations, provisioning, and end-user adoption.

The role requires 5+ years of IT/ICAM experience, strong communication skills, and an active Top Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% is possible; on-site work in Washington, DC area is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IT modernization, ICAM/identity operations, or process engineering.
• Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including JML, access governance, and role-based workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
• Ability to develop clear documentation, SOPs, and training content.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET federal or DoD security clearance; US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance.
• Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements and governance workflows.
• Build and deliver user training materials for access requests and attestation cycles.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing for workflow automation and connector behavior.
• Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, and user communications for change management.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
