Qualifications

High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience).
DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certs (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
Federated identity concepts including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and AD/LDAP architecture.
Hands-on experience with CAC authentication and PKI certificate validation.
Experience applying federal Zero Trust guidelines (NIST SP 800-207) in enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization of legacy access controls into ICAM solutions.
Manage enterprise directories, federation, authentication, and SSO protocols.
Architect identity lifecycles, provisioning workflows, and privilege management.
Design and deploy Zero Trust identity principles across networks.
Configure and manage PKI systems, credentials, and authenticators.
Implement MFA, SSO, and PAM across environments.
Build federated identity services for secure interoperability with partners.
Perform root cause analysis, privilege audits, and system tuning.
Develop interfaces, architectures, data flows, and compliance documentation.
Provide engineering ownership across Governance, Reporting & Analytics: build ICAM reporting with Power BI and data integrations.
