Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional IC experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in Federal budgets, IC and DoW policies, and financial systems.
• Map current and future system architectures across IC, DoW, OMB, and Treasury.
• Define requirements for system updates and process changes.
• Document security and vulnerability requirements with finance and CI teams.
• Lead cross‑functional stakeholders toward shared financial solutions.
