Job summary

Peraton is seeking a General Program Management Advisor in McLean, VA to lead budget integration for a multi-million-dollar portfolio within the Technical Services Division. The role emphasizes forecasting, resource alignment, RCAFs, and close coordination across contracts and MIPRs.

You will monitor expenditures, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, and prepare weekly reports for senior management, ensuring timely execution of the budget roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA and budget planning and execution experience.
• Experience building roadmaps and monitoring status.
• Engaging with other offices and stakeholders for planning and coordination of budgets for multiple activities, including contracts and MIPRs.
• Experience with ALM, creating RCAFs, preparing documentation and handling related financial transactions.
• Experience tracking expenditures across multiple programs, performing reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• TS/SCI w POLY clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget integration support for a fast-paced customer environment and manage day-to-day financial activities for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Assist with budget planning, forecasting needs and aligning resources with program goals.
• Create RCAFs, prepare documentation and handle related financial transactions.
• Track expenditures and perform reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with offices and stakeholders for planning and budgeting across contracts and MIPRs.
• Prepare weekly activity reports for senior management and provide logistical support as needed.
