The position requires extensive experience in S&OP/IBP, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SAP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or related business disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive-level decision making and strategic planning processes.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, ERP platforms, or equivalent business planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning process across the business unit.
• Establish governance structures, planning calendars, performance metrics, and executive review processes.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operating plans, forecasts, and long-range business plans.
• Drive risk identification, escalation, and resolution within the IBP process.
• Provide executive-level analyses, recommendations, and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Support business unit growth initiatives, product launches, capacity investments, and market expansion strategies.
