Job summary

Arclin is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Leader in Alpharetta, GA to establish and govern the IBP backbone across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and finance. This senior individual contributor will drive a move from traditional S&OP to a full IBP framework with a 24-month planning horizon.

The role requires business acumen, analytics, executive presence, and change leadership to build, implement, and continuously improve IBP processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, finance, business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years leading, facilitating, or managing S&OP, IBP, demand/ supply/ operations/ finance planning processes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Advanced analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, or business intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Arclin's IBP process.
• Design, document, and manage the monthly IBP calendar and reviews.
• Consolidate inputs into a 24-month enterprise business plan.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align forecasts, capabilities, and finance.
• Lead financial reconciliation aligning operational plans with forecasts.
• Develop scenarios to clarify tradeoffs across revenue, margin, service, and capacity.
• Prepare executive-ready materials with recommendations and risks.
• Present to senior leadership to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and governance for alignment.
• Maintain decision logs, owners, due dates, and risk tracking.
