Job summary

Slalom is seeking dynamic technologists to lead supply chain projects in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. You will work with clients to solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and emerging technologies, delivering measurable value and improved operating performance.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership and the ability to translate data insights into practical business outcomes across multiple industries and geographies.

Qualifications

• Prior consulting background is highly preferred for senior levels.
• IBP and S&OP required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau, SQL, Python or R a plus.
• Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP) a plus.
• Willingness to travel per client needs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Use data, workshops and insights to diagnose problems impacting operating margin and deliver value.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team, mentoring others to ensure project delivery.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships quickly.
