Job summary

Foodservices Brand Group in Chicago seeks a Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead end-to-end planning, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and operations with financial goals. This hands-on role owns supply planning and leads a team responsible for demand forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP/IBP, or operations leadership.
• Strong expertise in supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supplier performance management.
• Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in Private Equity setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly IBP process including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-IBP Executive Preparation, Executive IBP Report-Out.
• Drive alignment between demand forecasts, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and customer commitments.
• Identify supply risks, operational constraints, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, KPIs, and recommendations.
• Directly own supply planning activities across manufacturing, inventory, and suppliers.
• Balance customer service, inventory investment, production capacity, and material availability.
• Develop supply scenarios and recovery plans for constrained environments.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to improve supply continuity and responsiveness.
• Lead and develop demand planning personnel responsible for forecasting and demand analytics.
• Improve forecast accuracy, demand visibility, and planning discipline.
• Establish planning KPIs and accountability measures.
• Own supplier operational scorecards and performance reviews.
• Manage and report supplier KPIs including OTIF, Schedule Compliance, Capacity & Fill Rate, Lead Time Adherence.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
• Act as the central planning liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Support customer commitment decisions through improved supply visibility and planning accuracy.
• Drive process discipline and data integrity across planning systems and ERP platforms.
