Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in Rockford, Michigan seeks a Senior Analyst, Process & Data Analytics to own planning reporting, analytics, and system-enabled processes supporting global IBP.

You will partner with planning, IT, master data, and business stakeholders to translate needs into dashboards, reports, and actionable insights. The role emphasizes data quality, process efficiency, and adoption of planning tools, with responsibility for UAT, documentation, and training materials.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience in footwear/apparel industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong background in planning systems and transactional ERPs (e.g., SAP).
• Knowledge of IBP, MRP, ERP inventory control, and analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau required; Python/SQL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with planners, IT, Master Data to identify reporting needs and system improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards with Enterprise Semantic Models to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Own planning reporting solutions, ensuring maintenance and user adoption.
• Lead user acceptance testing, validation, and deployment for tool changes.
• Investigate data quality issues and drive root-cause analysis with IT and Master Data.
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation and training materials.
• Escalate report and dashboard risks to leaders as needed.
