Job summary

Octane Software Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior TM1 Developer to lead IBM Planning Analytics implementations, design TM1 models, and develop dashboards.

You will work remotely with global clients, own complex financial planning tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable TM1 solutions using PAW, TurboIntegrator, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of TM1/PA experience.
• Experience delivering TM1 projects for mid to large clients.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

What We Look for:

• Excellent Knowledge on TM1 architecture and components of the tool like rules, TI, TM1 reports, perspective, TM1 web PAX & PAW.
• Extensive experience in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 implementation and customization projects for mid to large sized clients.
• Expertise in Designing and developing dynamic financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards using IBM Planning Analytics Workspace and other reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Design and development of TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, and hierarchies to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Well Versed in writing business rules, calculations, and TurboIntegrator scripts to automate data loading, consolidation, and calculations.
• Hands on Experience in Installing, configuring, and maintaining the IBM Planning Analytics software and server infrastructure.
• Hands on Experience in Power BI, Python or Database is an add on.
• Good Analytical skills in troubleshooting data integration issues and optimizing data loading and transformation performance.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with end user to understand their reporting requirements and deliver timely and accurate reports.
