Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced TM1/Planning Analytics professional to design, implement, and optimize enterprise planning models. You will develop TI processes, PAW/PAfE content, and secure data across the planning landscape. Collaboration with Finance, Data Engineering, and business partners is essential to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts.

You will also support system upgrades, data integration, and governance to ensure high-quality planning results across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise financial planning systems.
• Hands-on TM1/Planning Analytics development including cubes, rules, and TI.
• Experience with Informatica for data integration and scheduling.
• Strong FP&A understanding and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models including cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feeders.
• Build and support TI processes for data loading, transformation, validation, and automation.
• Enhance PAW and PAfE content for planning workflows.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L planning processes.
• Implement and manage TM1 security across cubes and apps.
• Troubleshoot data, reconciliation, and performance issues across TM1 and Informatica.
• Create technical docs, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Participate in system modernization, upgrades, and cloud migrations.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models including cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feedersBuild and support TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data loading, transformation, validation, and automationDevelop and enhance Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) contentSupport budgeting, forecasting, OPEX, revenue, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning processesImplement and manage TM1 security at cube, dimension, element, and application levelsOptimize TM1 models, rules, and feeders for enterprise-scale performanceDevelop and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and scheduling processesPartner with Data Engineering teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely data integrationSupport financial close, planning refresh cycles, UAT, production releases, and system enhancementsTroubleshoot data, reconciliation, and performance issues across TM1 and Informatica platformsCreate and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and runbooksParticipate in planning system modernization, upgrades, and cloud migration initiativesEnsure compliance with governance, audit, and data control standards
