Zusammenfassung

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced MFT Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise MFT solutions ensuring secure, reliable data exchange with partners. You will manage Axway Secure Transport and IBM Sterling Integrator, and lead onboarding and production support.

Responsibilities include configuring protocols (SFTP, AS2, FTPS, HTTPS), monitoring transfers, incident management, and continuous improvement of MFT operations for performance and compliance with HIPAA

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on with MFT tools Axway Secure Transport or IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, AS2, and other file transfer protocols.
• Experience with IBM Transformation Extender ITX/ITXA and Sterling mapping tools.
• Experience designing data transformations across EDI/XML/JSON/CSV/Fixed-Length formats.
• Understanding of EDI/X12 and secure data exchange.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Comfort working in Agile environments.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support MFT platforms (Axway Secure Transport and/or IBM Sterling Integrator).

• Lead onboarding: connectivity setup, partner config, file routing, testing and deployment.
• Ensure secure data exchange compliant with HIPAA and enterprise standards.
• Monitor transfers, troubleshoot failures, and meet SLAs.
• Perform incident management and reduce MTTR via ServiceNow.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to support data exchange needs.
• Drive automation of onboarding and operational processes to reduce manual work.
• Support continuous improvement in reliability and scalability of MFT operations.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions to enable secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support MFT platforms (Axway Secure Transport and/or IBM Sterling Integrator)
• Configure and maintain file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2, FTPS, HTTPS)
• Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including:
• Connectivity setup
• Trading partner configuration
• File routing and validation
• Testing and production deployment
• Ensure secure data exchange in compliance with enterprise and regulatory (HIPAA) standards
• Monitor file transfers, troubleshoot failures, and ensure SLA adherence
• Perform incident management and resolution (ServiceNow) with focus on reducing MTTR
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging for proactive issue detection
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data exchange requirements
• Drive automation of onboarding and operational processes (COLA initiatives) to reduce manual effort
• Support continuous improvement in reliability, performance, and scalability of MFT operations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MFT tools (Axway Secure Transport and/or IBM Sterling Integrator)
• Strong knowledge of SFTP, AS2, and other file transfer protocols
• Hands-on experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), ITX Advanced (ITXA), and/or Sterling Integrator Mapping tools.
• Strong experience designing and supporting complex data transformations between multiple file formats, including EDI, XML, JSON, CSV, and Fixed-Length files
• Understanding of EDI transaction sets and data mapping concepts
• Experience with partner onboarding and production support environments
• Understanding of EDI transactions (X12) and secure data exchange
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
