McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer I to join our Enterprise Systems team. You will administer IBM Power Systems environments, focusing on reliability, security, and availability across the organization.

This hybrid role requires reporting to the Temple, TX office at least three days a week and being within a 50-minute radius. You will partner with the Lead Administrator to implement disaster recovery, perform system maintenance, and optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years administering IBM i environments (AS/400, iSeries, Power Systems).
• Experience with BRMS, MIMIX, FlashCopy, Robot Scheduler and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong backup, recovery, high availability, and performance tuning knowledge.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain IBM Power Systems environments (Power9/10).
• Manage security, user profiles, resources, and system configurations.
• Support disaster recovery, DR planning, and BRMS/MIMIX tasks.
• Monitor performance, handle on-call incidents, and ensure availability.
• Create documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
