Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer the IBM CLM/ELM suite, including DOORS Classic, QM, JTS, LDX, GC, DCC, CCM, AM, RM, RELM, LQE, RPEN, and JAS.
• Perform installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades in distributed environments. Execute fix packs and server renaming as needed.
• Conduct patching activities (OS, DB, QMW) and perform sanity/smoke testing post-deployment.
• Manage incident and RITM tickets, ensuring SLA adherence and creating IBM support cases for issue resolution.
• Monitor system health through daily checks, alert systems (Splunk/Catchpoint), and ensure application availability.
• Handle security and vulnerability management for the ELM and DOORS applications.
• Support third-party integrations and collaborate with Honeywell teams (DB, DCN, Security).
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation to ensure best practices and operational excellence.
• Provide functional support as a Jazz Admin, assisting in project area creation, LQE/LDX management, and JRS meta-model refresh.
• Participate in weekly triage calls, vendor checkpoint discussions, and internal meetings to review system performance and updates.

Required Technical Skills

• Expertise in BM DOORS Classic administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in IBM Quality Management (QM) configuration and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Jazz tools (RTC, DNG, RQM) and OSLC integrations.
• Expertise in Linux/Windows server deployments, IBM WAS, Liberty profiles, and SSL certificate management.
• Familiarity with LDAP protocols, authentication, and authorization within IBM Jazz CLM environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in ELM/CLM administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in security and vulnerability management for ELM/CLM applications.
• Experience with third-party integrations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
