Job Description

This position functions as an expert in administering Rational tools, including tool version upgrades, migrations, tool and server performance, scripting, and automating desktop tool deployment. This position will work with the tool process team to configure the tools to follow industry best practices and standards for Bridges, Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) Portal, ISD Contact Center, ISD Universal Case Load, BSI, ODS, SIGMA, HUB, and CHAMPS.

Responsibilities
