Job summary

JPMorganChase Marketing Communications is seeking a Head of Internal and Executive Communications to shape messaging for the firm's leaders and employees from New York, with domestic and international travel.

You will partner with External Communications, mentor executives, craft speeches, oversee events, and drive 360-degree programs that reinforce brand priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in communications/PR or marketing with executive remit.
• Proven track record leading town halls/all-hands and executive forums.
• Exceptional writing and editing for senior audiences.
• Experience coaching leaders for high-visibility moments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams.
• Data-driven approach with ability to measure program impact.
• Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and professional presence.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal and executive communications strategy for Marketing, with a modern leadership voice.
• Design, produce and execute global town halls and leadership forums end-to-end.
• Serve as strategic communications counsel to the CMO and Marketing leadership.
• Partner with External Communications to align internal narratives with external positioning.
• Collaborate with internal Chase marketing support teams and partners to tell a holistic story.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track outcomes and impact; use analytics for improvement.
• Oversee agency and vendor partners for event production, content, and distribution.
• Protect and enhance the firm's reputation through clear, timely communications.
• Coordinate with talent and influencer teams to amplify leadership messages.
• Support change, issues, and crisis communications with speed and judgment.
