Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field with 3 years of experience.
• Experience supporting or maintaining an IATF 16949 certified QMS.
• Experience with internal/external audits and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and CSR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve IATF 16949 QMS and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead internal/process/product audits and coordinate registrar audits.
• Drive corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and action effectiveness.
• Manage CSR updates and communicate changes across departments.
• Support management reviews, KPI governance, and data reporting.
• Support risk management activities and core tools (APQP/PPAP).
• Provide training on IATF16949 requirements and record-keeping.
