Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 3+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and core quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of quality technicians and inspectors to ensure inspection protocols and documentation practices.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to internal quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure audit findings are addressed and closed in a timely and effective manner.
• Occasionally travel to customer plants and support weekly Layered Process Audits (LPA) and PFMEA/Control Plan activities.
