Job summary

Dana Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across our plant operations in Kentucky. You will drive the One Dana Quality Operating System, enforce IATF16949 standards, and partner with leadership to deliver top quality and process improvements.

This role requires strong leadership and a deep knowledge of automotive quality systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Quality management, APQP/PPAP, and a track record of coaching teams to achieve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10 years of quality experience with significant managerial responsibility.
ASQ certification or equivalent preferred.
Tier 1 automotive quality experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO and AIAG requirements is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day interaction between operations and quality leadership and plant/quality managers.
Lead implementation of the One Dana Quality Operating System and IATF16949 compliance.
Develop and improve quality systems aligned with customer and Dana requirements.
Drive VOC and build relationships to enable productive workflows.
