Job summary

Dana Incorporated is seeking a Senior Quality leader to drive the development and execution of proactive quality systems across our facilities in support of AOP commitments. You will set quality goals and guide organizational changes to achieve quality excellence from APQP through production launch.

Lead corporate quality initiatives, ensure 100% conformance to Dana policies, and collaborate with Warranty to maximize customer satisfaction while advancing product safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s or professional certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of quality experience with significant managerial responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in Tier 1 automotive quality with knowledge of IATF16949, ISO, and AIAG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Quality Managers across facilities and ensure quality standards are implemented consistently.
• Lead global Quality and cross-functional activities, including Dana Program Management and Advanced Quality processes rollout and verification.
• Maintain and improve quality systems in line with customer CSR's, QOS, IATF16949, and related standards; oversee audits and management reviews.
