The role leads APQP deliverables (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP), drives root-cause investigations using 8D/Six Sigma/Lean, mentors technicians, and champions a culture of quality across Dana’s global teams and supplier base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or engineering leadership.
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 knowledge with audits experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee quality systems in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Ensure robust quality planning during launches and engineering changes.
• Lead investigations of non-conformances using 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions on schedule.
• Coordinate APQP deliverables including FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness.
• Monitor KPIs (scrap, customer complaints, audits).
• Lead continuous improvement and mentor Quality Engineers and Technicians.
