Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead audits and drive quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methods (8D, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong documentation and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement CAPAs.
• Coordinate APQP deliverables including FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams to improve quality.
• Monitor KPIs such as scrap, complaints, and audit findings; drive improvements.
