Ian's Pizza in Madison is hiring for Front of House servers. You will greet customers, slice and finish pizzas, assemble salads, and handle take-out and counter orders with friendly service.

No experience required, but prior server or customer service help is a plus. We offer growth paths, ongoing training, and a welcoming team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Department Overview

• $16/hr Guaranteed Minimum*. Servers typically earn $16-$21/hr with base wage, post-10pm bonuses, and tips included.
• Health insurance with $0 deductibles and low out of pocket maximums.

*Your hourly earnings are guaranteed! If your base pay, after-10pm bonus, and tips total less than the guaranteed minimum during a two-week pay period, Ian’s covers the difference. You’ll never earn less than your guaranteed minimum wage.

Schedule

We're open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Some typical FOH shifts include, but are not limited to: lunch (9/10am-4/5pm), dinner (4/5pm-10pm/12am), and late night (9/10pm-4am).

Late-night shifts (10pm-4am) are required once per week.

Hourly $16.00 to $20.96

Position Summary/Job Duties

Jump in and keep things moving! As a server, you are the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet customers, get slices in and out of the finishing ovens, mix salads, take pick-up orders by phone and at the counter, and ring folks up at the register.

You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

No experience required, though previous server or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.
