About the Role

Jump in and keep things moving! As a counter server, you'll be the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days.

You’ll greet guests with good vibes, take and ring up orders, and keep the line moving smoothly. You'll handle pick‑up orders by phone and at the counter, toss salads, scoop ice cream, finish pizzas in the ovens, and help keep food flowing.

If you’re 18 or older, you may also serve drinks at the bar.

You’ll restock supplies, keep the restaurant clean, and work alongside a great, inclusive team. Ian's Pizza is a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant; be ready to hustle on your shifts. The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way.

Job Requirements

• Able to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures—hot in the ovens and cold in the cooler.
• Must be 16+ to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.
• No experience required. We train!

Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules. We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

Verona is open Sunday–Thursday from 11 am–9 pm and Friday–Saturday from 11 am–10 pm. Counter server shifts are typically scheduled from 9/10 am–4/5 pm for lunch and 3/4 pm–11 pm/12 am for dinner.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Part‑time and full‑time hours available.
