Job summary

Ian's Pizza in Madison, WI is hiring pizza cooks for part-time and full-time roles starting immediately. No experience required—dough-stretching or pizza experience is a plus.

You will learn to hand-stretch dough, top and bake pies, and help with dough and cheese prep in a fast-paced kitchen. We offer guaranteed pay of $18/hour with potential to earn up to $23/hour, plus full-time health and dental, PTO/sick leave, retirement benefits, flexible schedules, and free pizza.

• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly and 50lbs on occasion.

About the Role

Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to craft an incredible pie. You'll also learn dough and cheese prep and pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly and 50lbs on occasion.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment of the restaurant biz.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperature, working in the ovens is hot and organizing the cooler is cold!
• Need to be 18+ for cook position.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

We're open Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, and Sunday 10am-9pm! Shifts start as early as 8am and end as late as 12am (midnight).

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix.

Part-time and full-time hours are available.
