Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a User Access Management (UAM) Manager to oversee a team granting and revoking access across applications, systems and data. You will ensure policies and standards are followed and drive continuous improvement in IAM practice.

The role requires senior information security experience, strong leadership, and hands-on knowledge of AD/Entra ID/Azure, ServiceNow, and IAM tooling. A collaborative, audits-focused mindset is essential in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Information Security experience with IAM/Linux/Directory services.
• 3+ years leading enterprise IAM programs or UAM/provisioning.
• Experience with ITIL/SOPs in agile environments.
• Strong analytics, problem solving and data management skills.
• Ability to audit, govern and create meaningful IAM metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analysts who grant/revoke user access to apps, systems and data.
• Mentor UAM analysts and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline access management.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to uphold IAM policies.
