Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, with focus on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to support risk/controls workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI‑assisted risk summaries and recommendations before use, ensuring security, auditability and regulatory alignment.
• Experience designing or overseeing CCM programs, automated controls testing, or continuous auditing capabilities.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, standards, and financial regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive reports, handling sensitive data.
• Govern and report on controls, policies, issues, and measurements, providing senior management insights into control effectiveness.
• Develop and manage CCM capabilities to automate control testing and provide near real-time risk visibility.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
• Design automated monitoring routines, exception management, and remediation workflows across IAM.
• Leverage data analytics to identify patterns and emerging risks across systems and access management activities.
• Collaborate with Data, Technology, and Product teams to define data requirements for monitoring and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI, ML, and analytics to enhance risk detection, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline testing and issue/action-plan management with auditability.
